Can i do migration assistant faster than on Wi-Fi

I’m doing migration assistant….and I’m on a 5G Wi-Fi connection…but it is going DOG slow at 1.7MB/s…it was at 2.9MB/s, but the speed just dropped drastically… and it was 17 hours left, but now it is 22 hours…

I would use only a USB connection. Ethernet works, but not as fast. Wi-Fi should never be used. It often fails and your data can be corrupted. It's just too slow for these very large files.
