My Apple Watch won’t turn on I’ve tried charging it and it just flashes the apple logo. I’ve also tried holding the buttons down but that doesn’t do anything just comes up with a red exclamation mark and asks me to visit the help page but that hasn’t helped me either. Have no idea what else I can do because can’t get onto it on my phone either because it wasn’t paired as I had a new phone

I would recommend contacting Apple Support.
You will need to set up service for the Watch if it is displaying a red exclamation mark and stuck in recovery mode.
