How do I connect to a Wi-Fi that is unsecured network so I can use that Wi-Fi for a home security system

HomePod is not compatible with unsecured Wi-Fi. Your Wi-Fi needs to be set up with WPA/WPA2 and with any access/client/wireless isolation/security feature turned off. See If you can't set up HomePod - Apple Support.
