Videos deleted accidentally.

Hi I recently switched to new iPhone and deleted videos from old iPhone but it got gm deleted from i cloud as well after switching to i cloud backup I am nit backing up media on desktop or laptop. I really need to get them back as they were hard earned videos from last 10 years. please let me know how can I do that. Thanks.
