Can you please remove my Apple ID cents

Hello ~ We cannot do this for you as we are fellow forum users just as you are. If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:

None of us here is Apple. This is a user-to-user forum. We can not remove things from your account. Contact iTunes support and have them do it.

I've got the same problem and unfortunately it is ridiculously difficult to actually get hold of a real person at Apple who can assist with this.
