Can I modify the built-in ringtones in my iPhone?

Can the existing, built-in ringtones in my iPhone be modified?

I want to add silence to the end of “Duck” quacking so it sounds, pauses a few seconds, and sounds again.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

You cannot access the built-in sounds on the iPhone.
