New iPad with 64gb full storage what up with that?
I just bought a new iPad with 64gb of storage and after setting it up it told me my storage is almost full. The categories are gray but the apps don’t add up to 64gb. How do I fix this?
Erase and reset this device, and try again.
Settings app, General Settings>Reset, Erase All Contents and Settings.
If still no joy, take it back to BestBuy and get another new unit.
Not sure what has actually happened with that iPad.
