Hi SKJFam,
Can you please detail all of the solutions you have tried so far? This helps significantly with troubleshooting.
If your MacBook Pro has an Intel processor and the T2 Security Chip, and it doesn't appear to do anything when you try to power it on, the T2 Security Chip firmware might be corrupted. In this case, you will need a second Mac to revive the T2 Security Chip: Revive or restore an Intel-based Mac using Apple Configurator 2 - Apple Support (CA)
On the above note, SUPER IMPORTANT: If your Mac has the T2 Security Chip inside, leave your Mac alone while it updates. It is expected that the screen will go completely black for about a minute. During this time, the T2 Security Chip firmware is being updated. If this process is forcibly stopped (by holding down the power button or Touch ID), the firmware will likely be corrupted.
You can also try resetting the System Management Controller (SMC): How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support (CA)
If your MacBook Pro has the M1 [Pro/Max] chip instead, please let me know.
