Disable autoplay of message send with effects
This disable never works and is irritating to receiver of text messages

You need to not press and hold the send button on the iPhone. If you do, then do not select an effect and it won't send one. It takes more than one step to send an effect with the message. Use message effects with iMessage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support There is not a setting to turn that off, just prevent using it. You can provide feedback to Apple regarding your desire to see a change to be able to turn that off by going here, www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
