Keyboard Typing Letters Switching

Every now and then my typing keyboard switches the letters y and z placement …tried the switching of querty and quertz but doesn’t help…is there reason for the crazy change?

Make sure you have ONLY ONE item on your list in settings > general > keyboard > keyboards. If you have more, it's possible to switch accidentally.
