Hi, I subscribe the 1TB iCloud storage but why my phone keep appearing storage full. I pay every month. I’m really upset! :(

To clarify, is that message saying your iCloud storage is full or that your device’s storage is full? Here’s some information on where the differences lie in those two capacities and what they can be used for - What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? 

If it is about iCloud storage, please go to Settings > your name > iCloud and check if it’s showing your iCloud storage capacity at 1 TB.
