iMac won’t startup

When I turn on Mac it says Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue startup. I do this but it just comes up with the same message. HELP

iMac 27″, macOS 12.1

What happens when the computer is restarted in Safe Mode ?

Disconnect all external drives and Restart and hold the SHIFT key until the Apple Logo is presented and then release.

It will do a RepairDisk, clear cache files and Only Load Apple Software. Loading will be so - normal.

Will it boot up to this Safe Mode ?
