Apple Pay Refund

I sent a large amount of money to a scammer. Repeating asking for refund but keep getting blocked and ignored. Since I don’t have a bank account and just receive money from other Apple Pay, I can’t request my bank for a refund. I’m just a kid and I was dumb enough to fall for his trick, if there’s anyway you can block his Apple Account and get my money back, that would be greatly appreciated.
