iPad Pro, purple and orange line on screen

Hello, we brought a iPad Pro for my daughter for Christmas. The iPad has been getting a line that comes and goes across the screen. Model no MHQR3X/A serial no TGX***DD. Just wondering what to do about it, we’ve updated the iPad and it makes no difference.

Time for you to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.


Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.


Use the Hardware Repair and/or Device Performance categories.

by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.

Start with a Screenshot:

See what happens when you take a screenshot? View the screenshot in the Photos app. Does the line show up in the screenshot? If so, then it is the iOSitself giving you the issue (so remove, then add the app back).
