I just bought a new Mac and innstalled office 365. The instalation was sucsessful, but when I try to log in at Onenote, Word etc, its just loading, or it says «there is a problem with your account, try again later». I cant log in to office online either, because the web-page is just blocked after I have tried to log in. Im so confused, anyone knows what to do?

This appears to be a Microsoft problem; I suggest you chat with them.
We've had the "there is a problem with your account, try again later" error also. The fix involved my wife's Microsoft account login problems but I don't know the details of how she and MS worked it out.

To activate a Microsoft Office 365 subscription you simply enter the email address you used when you extended the subscription with Microsoft.
