iCloud uses none of your computer's storage capacity. It is a syncing service. The data you have put on iCloud comes from your Mac (or any participating device). If you want more space on your Mac you will have to delete or archive some of the contents.


You will also benefit from some of Apple's tips on optimising storage space on your Mac.
