Lately I received a voicemail, followed by text message with voicemail content, at the top is link with number who called and bottom a link with some number to click to listen my voicemail.

Ask your cellphone provider voicemail and SMS is their feature.

Has nothing to do with Apple or iOS.

It’s a carrier feature.

Mine on t-mobile has been doing it for about a year.

Contact your cellular carrier to see if you can turn it off.
