I have an iphone XS and after the 15.3 update, the whole left side of my touch screen doesn't work. Is there a fix for this or will the developers fix this bug?

Yes try this Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
I've done that many times. This has been an ongoing issue with all the 14 and 15 IOS updates. Resetting doesn't work, turning off 3D touch doesn't work, and force restart doesn't work. This is a bug that needs to be fixed ASAP because my phone is useless now.

Then your next step it to contact Apple support, click on Get Support at the top right of the forum.
