iPhone 12 Pro Max screen black

MY iphone went to a black screen and hung and behaves as if it is in touch mode by talking very fast when moved. Cannot force restart the phone.

Apple support have an article online (link below) that may help:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on, or frozen, or screen is black.

If your device has a frozen screen, doesn't respond when you touch it,

or becomes stuck when you turn it on, learn what to do.
