Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.

  • Create a new administrator, logging into it, seeing if you can then add the storage.
  • Use a different computer, seeing if you can purchase it.
