Apple Watch Series 7 Scratches

I just got a series 7 but unfortunately, I found out it has scratched which is strange, what do I do? Can I send it back to apple?

Apple Watch Ultra Orange Alpine band showing wear already I've had my Ultra for just over 14 days and have not done much "extraneous" activities but have noticed that depending on the angle or light reference the band appears to be dirty. A strange and unfamiliar screen on Apple Watch with watchOS 9.2 Hello everyone, I keep Apple Watch on my wrist even during sleeping hours, but last night, for some reason, I woke up and noticed a strange screen (see attached) on Watch that does not appear on the WatchOS 9.x user manual and so I have no idea what it means. Upon pressing the side crown, the Watch screen appeared again. Can anyone enlighten me? Many Thanks

Cosmetic damage is not covered by warranty. Go to your closest Best Buy store and buy a good quality screen protector, which will protect the screen from scratches and likely hide any you may have already gotten. You can also buy a screen protector from many sellers on Amazon.
