i have an i phone se and it has a floating clear looking circle that can be manipulated around the screen, but will not go away, and it gets in the way of everything. my great grandchild had it the other day, and WHAM her it is. can it be removed?

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
