Photos icon not showing in iCloud

In most cases, this option should show up properly. Do you have some sort of custom profile installed on the device as shown in the following article? How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If so, that could be stopping the option from showing.
