“No usable data found”

Hello, i try to scan the QR code for my vaccination pass. I have restarted my iphone but the issue still. Any idea?

Hi Ianculeo,


We see you have an issue with a QR code. Are you able to scan other QR codes: Scan a QR code with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If this is happening with all QR does, we suggest restarting the iPhone. A restart has been known to fix some software related issues.


Also, try scanning the code in different types of lighting.


If you're able to scan other codes because of the same message, we suggest contacting the provider that provided the code.
