app gone from icloud

I downloaded a game in 2012 that has since been discontinued and not available in the Apple store anymore. It shows that i purchased it in my account, but when I go to the 'purchased' section in the app store it's not there. Shouldn't it still be in my icloud with the rest of my app purchases?
