app gone from icloud

I downloaded a game in 2012 that has since been discontinued and not available in the Apple store anymore. It shows that i purchased it in my account, but when I go to the 'purchased' section in the app store it's not there. Shouldn't it still be in my icloud with the rest of my app purchases?

App no longer available in App Store I had an app on my phone which I downloaded from the Apple App store. I had an issue with it so I tried to remove it and redownload it. I had the app account bound to my apple ID so I could recover all the data. I now cannot find it in the Apple store. How do I recover the app I made purchases in?

Sorry, apps are not stored in iCloud. If you redownload an app, it comes from the App Store if still available, not from iCloud.
