You basically can't. If you use an Apple service which doesn't allow previous passwords to be reused, you could but would need to correctly guess it.

Use a Mac:

Have a Mac still associated to this Apple Account? If so, perform the following...

1. Open: Safari
2. Go to: File menu
3. Hover Over: Export
4. Select: Passwords...
5. Save: it to the Desktop
6. View: The Password
7. Delete: the file
