Thank you for reaching out posting in the Apple Support Communities about your Fitness not syncing the data for the earned awards.
The latest release of software is iOS 15.3 for the iPhone and watchOS 8.4 for your Apple Watch. Have you checked to see if your iPhone and Apple Watch are on the current software versions?
If the software has been updated, try to Restart Apple Watch and Restart your iPhone. This may be a simple step but sometimes a refresh the apps and software on the device to solve numerous problems you may encounter.
