I hard reset my iPhone and now my eSim isn't working

So I recently changed my passcode, and my fingers somehow must have pressed the wrong number twice because the code I thought I setup wasn't working.

Long story short I ended up erasing my iPhone and doing a backup from my icloud - everything seems all good, except my eSim is no longer working. When I log in it now says there is no sim card activated and my network signal says "SOS".

I've contacted my carrier who believe they cant do anything because eSims can only be applied once per plan per device and I have used my eSim on this iPhone.

Can I please have some support to fix this, my phone is unusable currently

Your carrier is wrong or gave you the wrong information. You can add eSIMs to your iPhone multiple times. The carrier has to make those changes at their end at your account level. They can easily cancel the eSIM that was assigned to you and issue activate another one.

This is not an Apple matter however, if you must, then you can contact 👉 Apple Support.
