I have one iCloud account linked to my Mac iPhone and iPad, contacts app displays the same account twice.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your iCloud contacts are duplicated on your Mac.

In this case, try the steps from If you see duplicate contacts after setting up iCloud Contacts.
