iCloud Error 8058

Trying to download 40,000 plus photos from iCloud and 13,000 of them didn't download and were listed as "Error 8058". I have tried to find the "plist" that is mentioned on other discussions and it doesn't seem to be in the ~/Library/Preferences so that I could delete it.

Any help would be appreciated
