It appears that you have a locked note that you don't remember the password for in the Notes app, and we're glad to provide assistance.
How to lock notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support -- Since Apple doesn't have access to the password you set, your only option is to keep trying until it's/they're unlocked. However, you can still lock any other notes going forward by following the steps under "If you forgot your notes password".
