Safari - Home page to show start page

you can add the "start page" button to your toolbar to add the functionality you desire.

just go to AppleMenu > Safari > View > CustomizeToolbar.

then drag and drop the "Start Page" button onto your toolbar.

then you can get to your start page with a single click.

Any and every browser will allow you to choose a start page.

Command , (command + comma) will open the Preferences pane....for ex see >General or Home ...

Change your homepage in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Go to Safari Preferences>General and select the line item that says "New window opens with" and select Start page from dropdown menu.
