Downloading at Library?
The library has high speed Internet-I don't. Can I install iTunes to a Jump Drive and download music/videos this way?

If you can get iTunes to run from a jumpdrive and connect to the internet (you may be limited since this is a Library computer) then the songs you download there should be able to play on any iTunes app authorized to you.
