can i access 1tb free onedrive after free trial?

If i use free trial 1TB onedrive , can i able to access my files? please guide me. I want to check this free trial.

iCloud and iCloud Drive are Apple services. There is no 1TB option. 5GB is free and can be upgraded as described in Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support
