Is there a safe app to download for Google Meet for a MacBook Pro - Monterey 12.2

I see a bunch of apps, but not clear which one to use

Hello,

Google Meet is entirely web based. To access it, navigate your browser to https://meet.google.com/. Any apps available on the App Store are not necessary to access Google Meet on MacOS.
