Updates & Web Browsers

My 2013 Mac say its updated 10.9.5 but I can't access my Google Drive because it says web browser needs to be updated. I go through steps but it says updated and still no Google Drive. My Chrome is updated and downloaded.

I have the latest version of OS X El Capitan but I can't seem to open my google drive still. Any ideas? My mac says there are no updates available. I need to get on to my google drive and I keep getting a message saying I need to update Safari but after going through all the various checks etc it says there are no updates available and I seem to be on the correct version of OS X El Capitan. Any ideas please?

Updating my mac My mac uses macOS Yosemite. Can I update to something more current? Also, I was using chrome but it wasn't allowing many websites to load so I took it off my mac and switched back to safari. But now safari isn't working very well. I've tried to update but it keeps telling me there are no updates. Not sure how to remedy this issue other than update my mac. Help would be appreciated.

I can't updated on my macbook pro os 10.10 to os 10.11 I am unable to download or update any Google Chrome updates including OS X 10.11

Are you saying that you can't get Google Drive to work or that it doesn't show at all? https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2456903?hl=en
