Numeric password

I have 2 numeric passwords and the second should no longer exist because that phone is no longer on my Apple account. How do I remove the 2nd numeric code password?

Appreciate the additional information. Check the devices that are associated with your Apple ID and remove any unknown ones that you see listed. Here's how to check that: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support.


If that still doesn't resolve it, can you let us know exactly what the message says, with any personal details removed?
