You have to reset your phone to factory. Do you have your stuff saved in I cloud? If so when you have tried passcode till the phone says disabled connect to iTunes then you use your phone charger with comp or laptop go to iTunes and follow directions to reset your phone, then you can retrieve your stuff in I cloud.

This issue is with Samiragh2's Apple ID, not the iPhone.
