What is HermesLookup and should I remove it and how?

Yes, you should remove the software as it appears to be adware. First, please make sure you have followed the steps in this Apple resource:

If you are still having an issue, you can use a tool like Malwarebytes to remove it: Malwarebytes for Mac

Thank you, K_Faith, so much. I removed the HermesLookup icon from my System Preferences (can't remember now which spot it was occupying). I already Had Malwarebytes installed so I ran it and it found one problem and cleaned it out. I dont know if that was related to HermesLookup but I believe I'm in good shape now.
