The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I can't back-up my iPhone 5S to my Mac before transferring to iPhone 13Pro. This

was never an issue with iTunes?

If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support
