Facebook

I deleted my Facebook from my iPhone and reinstalled it again but once I’ve tapped on my name and photo I have to click forgot password so it asks me for my email address as soon as I enter my email address a box appears saying this email address is in use by another Facebook account so I’m stuck please help any suggestions
