I need to cancel my apple care plan but I already traded in my phone
I'm still getting charged from best buy for the apple care plan. How do I cancel it without the phone

If it is Best Buy that is charging you directly for their iPhone coverage plan (not AppleCare but frequently confused with it), contact them.
