I have this problem for months. Try searching but no solution. Then I found it by myself.
Here’s the picture of problem.

Not the best, but it works.
Go settings > General > keyboard > keyboards
Delete your English keyboard.
Add New keyboard > English (Japan) > QWERTY (JIS)
SOLVED!
