Screen recording

Why is my screen recording keeps acting up? Everytime i screen record on my phone its like rolling a dice. It would either

A.Only Screen record 0 seconds

B.It would give me an error that it failed to do it

C.It would record but would chop off part of the video(i would screenrecord like 15 minutes it will sometimes only take 30 seconds to 7 minutes

D. It would record fully

im really getting annoyed cause i am already paying for the 1tb i cloud storage and its still acting up.
