My Apple Pencil is brand new and out of the box, I hooked it to my brand new iPad Air and it showed that it was connected and charged 100% but it doesn’t respond to the iPad at all. Nothing is working other than it being connected. I have tried updating my iPad, restarting my iPad, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, and tightening my tip. What can I do to get this fixed?
