I have recently made an iPhone purchase on the Apple Store, and paid for it. But now I wish to exchange my old phone (iPhone 7, working well and little crack on screen) as a part of the Trade In Program. Is it still possible for me to opt in for Trade In?
No ... too broken, but then most ANY damage is cause enough to reject for trade-in really. Remove Find My, remove personal data, remove it from your device list, "recycle for parts" at Apple Store.
In that shape Apple will recycle it for you but you won't get any money for it.
