Not receiving SMS

I noticed yesterday I wasn’t receiving texts. iMessages we’re coming through fine. But I’m not receding my boyfriends text from his android. I can still call him and text him, he can call me but I can’t get his message. Late last night they all came through at the same time. Has anyone else had this and how to fix it? I’ve updated my phone, turned it off, deleted his contact from my phone etc I’ve contacted Apple and my service provider and no one can help.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
