Inactive Apple ID

I had created a new apple id when I had set up my MacBook air. It says that the apple id is inactive now and I can't sign out of it.

I have tried iforgot.apple.com but it asks me for my name and email and tells me that the apple id is inactive. I am entering the same apple id in the email field. Am I doing something wrong?

What should I do?

Cannot delete an Inactive Apple ID from my MacBook Air I have logged in my System settings using a Appleid which is inactive. Neither I can log out nor delete the appleid. I have a valid and active appleid which I can use here. But as I cannot log out from the existing one, I am unable to log in using another account.
