Then you will get adding card option, But after if card decline to add, contact the bank for giving permission to apple pay.

Exact same problem. BRAND NEW $1,400 iPhone 13 Pro Max. I've now spent HOURS on the phone with Apple Support, been passed through 3 different techs, and they have absolutely no idea. It's just CRAZY. I remember when Apple used to be the most consumer-friendly tech company

as noted in my original note. I have been in EXTENSIVE conversation with Apple Support. They've tried all of that and more and still do not have a resolution
Incorrect... Apple Support also checked the Language and Region. Did NOT resolve
erase your device and set it up as new.
When i press button popup message showing “ Add Cards to Wallet To add cards, keys, tickets, and passes to Wallet, look for the Add to Wallet button in apps, emails, and websites. Cancel Learn More” I couldn’t add my card. Pls advise me.
