My App Store and Itune account has been disabled due to unknown reason. Now I can't update some expired apps. The help I got is to logout login, but it can't let me restore my account, although my Apple ID is still valid. Please help

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
